Items for Hire

The following items are now available for public hire.

Hire Terms and Conditions

In order to complete the hire process, the hirer must agree to the following terms:

  1. Item Availability
    Please note that item availability cannot be guaranteed. Our Hiring Team will review your order and inform you about the availability of items.

  2. Hire Confirmation
    Once your hire request is approved, the Hiring Team will provide details about the available items and send an invoice for all rental fees. Full payment must be made to Al-Ameen’s Operational account [Al-Ameen Islamic Development New Zealand 38-9017-0648533-00] before item collection.

  3. Return Policy
    All hired items must be returned in their original condition, which includes washing and wiping down each item. Gas bottles must be returned full. A nominated Trustee, as indicated in the Item Hire Application, must approve the returned items and will be present during their return to ensure they are in good condition.

  4. Item Damage
    Any damage to or missing items will be charged to the Hirer.

  5. Item Returns
    All hired items must be returned by the agreed return date, and must be returned to their original storage locations within the centre.

  6. Hire Penalties
    The maximum hire duration is 3 days. A surcharge of $5 per day will be applied for any additional days.

  7. Hire Advanced Notice
    Hirers must provide at least one week's notice for all hire requests.

  8. Last Minute Requests
    All last-minute requests will not be accepted.
